The other day I tried to explain Quantum Mechanics and Space Time to "the boy". By the end, I'm not sure who was more confused; he or I. One must be a bit mad to understand these things, and I'm afraid I'm just not there yet. I know..I was as surprised as you are.

Chickens. Growing up we always raised chickens. I took a break from cleaning this afternoon and caught this documentary on PBS. It was awesome.

Im Westen nichts Neues

Everything is crazy right now.

Summer vacations, lack of summer vacations, looking for new jobs, people going, people coming....but things could be worse, and I know that. So...all quiet on the western front.

At least (from all appearances) we don't live in Nazi Germany.
